RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Ethically Made has a 30-day return/exchange policy.  Whether an item doesn’t fit or just isn’t what you expected, customers are free to either exchange an item for a different size, color, etc. or return their order within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us tab at the bottom of this page.  When reaching out to initiate a return, please provide the following information.

  • Customer name
  • Order confirmation number
  • Reason for return or exchange (this helps us fix issues so that we can work to provide better service to our customers)

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs and customs fees (for international orders only).  Customers should keep and use the bag/box that their order was shipped in to use for their return.  After receiving a request for return or exchange, we will reach out within 3-5 business days to make contact with the customer and initiate the return process.  A new shipping label will be emailed to the customer.  The customer can then print the label, tape it to the outside of the package and drop it in the mail.  It’s that easy!
